 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;font-size:12pt\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>To protect public safety and enjoyment, the Waimakariri District Council Dog Control Bylaw 2019 classifies the district\u2019s parks and reserves into three categories:<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN>Dog Prohibited Areas<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Leash Control Areas<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Under Control Areas<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>You can exercise your dog off the leash in Under Control Areas as long as you keep the dog under continuous supervision and control.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Note: If a reserve isn't listed it remains an 'under control area' until reclassified.
