Building height data was digitised at the elevation of each rool eave. Pergolas, desck and other such structures attached to buildings were not captured. The highest point of each building roof collected is shown as a data point located along the ridge of the highest elevation. Upon completed of the data capture, checks were carried out to ensure the topology was clean and seamless.All spatial data for this project provided in terms of New Zealand Trasverse Mercator 2000 map projection (NZTM2000). The datum is New Zealand Geodetic Datum 2000 (NZGD2000).
